Keep Hydrated This Summer

During the month of Ramadan it is key to stay hydrated as much as possible to be able to fast. I know just the thing that will help ….. Coconut Water and not any coconut water you have to try Vita Coco. As a fun thing to try for Iftar here are a few smoothie recipes for you guys, try it and let me know what you think:

Mango Strawberry

Coconut water, regular or flavored
2 bananas

2 mangos
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey

Watermelon Mint

6 ozs coconut water (frozen)

1 cup watermelon chunks

1tbsp lime zest

1 mint peeve


Banana Dates

6-7 ripe, speckled bananas

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

1-2 cups of raw young coconut water

5-6 pitted dates
